DEFINITION

• The terms “AtomPay”, “we,” “us,” and “our” in these Terms and Conditions refer to AtomPay, a Non-Bank Fund Transfer Provider, which was established and complies with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia which is authorized by Bank Indonesia to conduct money transfer business with license number 22/322/Jkt/B/23-001.
• The terms "you" and "your" refer to AtomPay users, senders and visitors. AtomPay to the website or application in these Terms and Conditions.
• Sender is a person who has a service user agreement contract with us. We are not liable to anyone else, including people who receive payments on behalf of the sender or recipient. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact our customer support team. Our representatives will respond to your concerns promptly.
• "Service" means an act of carrying out a Fund Transfer Order and/or sending money from You to Us to enable the recipient of money from the sender
• "Fund Transfer" means the transfer of funds initiated by the Sender to the Recipient, where funds from or to your Account can be transferred to, received and/or withdrawn by the Recipient, either directly or indirectly with the help of a third party intermediary through the following receiving channels: Your Account, Destination Account, Retail Outlet or E-Wallet (electronic wallet).
• "APU PPT" policy means the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing policy implemented by the government of the Republic of Indonesia.

 

USE OF THE SERVICE

2. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering and using our services.
3. You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account information. If you feel there is an unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.

 

 

 

 

 

FUND TRANSFER SERVICE

1. The fund transfer services we offer are only for legitimate purposes and do not violate applicable laws or regulations.
2. You are responsible for ensuring the recipient information and transfer details are correct before submitting a transfer request.
3. Every Fund Transfer Order received to carry out Fund Transfers and sent by you by manual upload to the Dashboard is considered final and cannot be canceled at the time of sending, namely when you approve the Fund Transfer on the Dashboard.

 

4. We are not responsible for delays or failed transfers caused by incorrect information or technical issues beyond our control.

 

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use or delay of our services, unless required by applicable law.
2. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access or use of your personal information by unauthorized third parties.
3. You acknowledge and agree that We and each of our Affiliates will not be responsible or liable in any way, and that You will be responsible for all Losses incurred by Us arising from:

 

a. Funds Transfer errors, or other unauthorized Funds Transfers caused by you or the Sender (collectively referred to as “Unauthorized Funds Transfers”)

b. any error, failure to pay (liability), negligence, misconduct or fraud by you, your employees, directors, officers, representatives or anyone acting on your behalf; and/or

c. Losses incurred by Us in connection with failure by You to comply with the terms of this Service Agreement or T&C.

 

 

UPDATES AND CHANGES

1. We reserve the right to change, delete or update these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Such changes will take effect as soon as they are updated on our website.
2. You are advised to periodically check these terms and conditions to ensure you remain in compliance with applicable regulations.
3. Modifications: We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and notify you of such changes unless they violate any law. You can review the most recent version of the Terms and Conditions at any time by reviewing the site. You do not automatically accept any changes in these terms of service and may discontinue your use of the Services if you do not agree to any modifications or amendments. 1. Required or allowed based on the provisions of the applicable law, namely for a minimum of 5 (five) years.
2.
